1. What MyTCGSpace Is

MyTCGSpace lets trading card game (TCG) content creators claim a public page, list cards or products they've featured, and generate QR codes that route viewers to those listings. MyTCGSpace is a discovery and routing layer only — it does not process payments, hold funds, handle bids, or act as a party to any sale. All transactions happen on third-party marketplaces (eBay, TCGPlayer, Whatnot, or a creator's own store) that MyTCGSpace does not control and is not responsible for.

2. Accounts & Handles

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Handles are claimed on a first-come basis; we reserve the right to reclaim a handle that impersonates another person or brand, or that violates these terms. Don't create an account using false information or on behalf of someone else without permission.

3. Your Content

You own the listings, images, and descriptions you post. By posting content, you confirm you have the rights to it and grant MyTCGSpace a license to host and display it as part of operating the service. You're solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for making sure your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate applicable law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Don't use MyTCGSpace to: post fraudulent or misleading listings; scrape or abuse the service beyond normal use; impersonate another person or brand; post content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful; or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms.

5. Third-Party Links & Marketplaces

Listings link out to third-party sites and marketplaces we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or transactions on those sites. Anyone can flag a listing they believe is problematic; we review reports on a best-effort basis.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MyTCGSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTCGSpace isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party transaction it links to.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of MyTCGSpace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
