1. What We Collect
Account data: email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see your raw password). Profile & listing content: your handle, display name, bio, avatar, social links, and anything you add to a listing (title, description, price, images, outbound links). Usage data: basic view and QR-scan counts on your listings, and IP addresses used only to detect and prevent abuse (rate limiting), not for tracking or advertising.
2. How We Use It
To operate your public page and listings, authenticate you, show you basic view/scan counts, prevent spam and abuse, and communicate with you about your account (e.g. email confirmation). We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run MyTCGSpace: Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage (avatars, cover images); Vercel for hosting; and Sentry for error monitoring, which may capture technical details about a crash (not your listing content). Each has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us — v1 doesn't yet have a self-serve delete-account button.
6. Children's Privacy
MyTCGSpace isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
7. Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete most of your profile and listing data directly from your dashboard. For anything else — including a full account deletion request — contact us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
